Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. You only pay for the time we're working, starting from £75 for the first hour, and we agree the price before we start.
Are your engineers qualified to work on gas boilers?
Yes. Every engineer who works on gas appliances is fully qualified and registered, and will show their ID card on arrival.
How fast can you get to an emergency?
For genuine emergencies like active leaks or no heating in winter, we aim to be with you within 2 hours, 7 days a week.
Do you guarantee your work?
All repairs come with a 12-month guarantee on labour, and bathroom installations come with a 10-year installation guarantee.
How do I pay?
Pay by card, bank transfer or cash once the job is finished. No upfront payment needed for standard bookings.
